Aussies have enriched our lives in ways we never imagined! Here at McMullen’s Aussies, we are so happy to be able to share the wonderful qualities of Standard Aussies with others. We selected our dams and sires based on their personality, size, conformation clear genetic health testing results, as well as OFA results!

All of the puppies are raised in our home where we provide an environment for them to become wonderful future four legged companions. The puppies get indoor and outdoor exercise, mental stimulation, desensitized to grooming practices, some socialization, and start to potty train.

Before the puppies go home, they will have their dewclaws removed, tails docked, age appropriate vaccinations (including deworming), and be microchipped by a licensed veterinarian. The puppies will also come with a “go-home” bag that has toys, a few potty training pads, a collapsable water bowl, a slip lead and a puppy collar, a blanket with mom’s scent, a gallon bag of food so they can adjust to their new diet, puppy record from the vet, a folder with mom and dads health/OFA records, and a copy of the puppy contract. The puppies will also be freshly groomed before going home!

We are a kennel located in beautiful Western Maryland. We raise all of our puppies as family members in our home with our six children and also around other animals and livestock. We pride ourselves in breeding healthy, socialized, and well integrated Miniature Australian Shepherds that are fully ready for their new family's home!

Here at Wrightway Wigglebutts our main goal is to breed Australian Shepherds of the miniature size to maintain breed standard and preserve the Australian Shepherd for future generations. We strive for creating sound structured, mentally stable, highly socialized, well rounded pups to fit the needs of our pups’ families. This program is driven through passion and love for the breed. We are a small, in-home program to allow for maximum socialization to every pup. Our dogs are raised on 6 acres rural farm land which allows plenty of room to enjoy romping around and running through our trails. We focus on the 14"-17" size variety here though smaller and larger sizes occur do to the variance in genetics. All of our dogs are registered through ASDR (American Stock Dog Registry) some are dual registered with AKC as Australian Shepherds and we have recently been making the switch to dual registering our dogs with AKC as Miniature American Shepherds. We did this to allow for more opportunity for our dogs to be shown locally rather than having to travel far. We are driven to educate and share this amazing breed to the public. In doing so, lots of research has been done to keep up on the latest findings such as genetic health testing, color testing, bloodlines, nutrition etc. We enjoy sharing our dogs with others and creating lasting friendships along the way.

All dogs come loved by our family. From birth until they are ready for their new homes, their health is our number one priority. With this is mind our home is closed to the public. We do not accept people into our home due to various reasons. First and foremost, our family’s safety both two and four legged are our upmost concern. Second, we cannot put any of our unborn or unvaccinated pups at risk to exposure of parvo and other communicable diseases from outside sources. With this day and age, unfortunately we have to take precautions for the safety and wellbeing of our home, family and the future of our program. We are happy to meet at our local vet clinic to better know you and for you to feel more comfortable with our program.

All our pups are raised in our home and loved on daily by our family. When ready (at least eight weeks), they are up to date on vaccinations, on a strict deworming schedule, come microchipped, and receive a thorough exam from our veterinarian. They are also backed with a one year genetic health guarantee and come with 30 days free insurance through Trupanion. All pups are started on Nutrisource Small and Medium Puppy Food.
